The Bathory review is complete and utter, misinformed bullshit. Bathory originated in Sweden, not Norway and no one in that band was involved in church burnings. The music and lyrics on that album is the expression of a bored, angry and highly creative 18-year old. It's not meant to be taken literally anymore than an H.P. Lovecraft story is meant to be taken literally.
