Dieting
Not that I'm doing it, but I can see where that shit would be hard. My stomach's been bothering me a lot, so I've cut out red meat and stuff like french fries. Tonight I wanted fish and chips in the worst way. But instead I ate pan fried haddock with rice and a side salad. And it was fucking great. Then I biked home and really pushed it, because I had no other concept of restraint at that moment.
