Let's Get Personal Again

Here's another song I did a couple years back. It's very much like the first one I posted. It views an identical situation from the opposite point of view; you have a crush on someone and start flirting and dropping hints to see what they do. But rather than flirt back or give you the "no thanks" signals, they just do nothing - and all you really want is a yes or no. So you keep at it, waiting for some kind of sign. All the while you're humiliating yourself by acting like a little puppy dog every time they're around. Eventually you can't take it anymore, and say 'to hell with them'. And it's only then, after you stop worshipping them openly, that they start acting flirty with you, jonesing for your attention. Well it's too late now, you'll have to find someone else to use for your amusement.
